LifeCall connects to your home telephone line and an electric outlet. A representative from Northern Safety & Security will come to your home and apartment and install it for you.
The LifeCall panel is designed to sit on a tabletop. The remote button can either be worn on your wrist or as a pendant around your neck. If you need help, all you have to do is push either the remote button or the large emergency button on the panel. An alert signal will sound to let you know that the panel has been activated, and the response center will ask you what type of help you need. If you are unable to respond, they will summon help for you.
